MOV FORMAT
File Extentions Supported : .mov, .qt - Mov is mostly used as a Macintosh video format, but will also run on Windows machines. The Windows Media Player above will play .mov files, but you may need to go to the Apple website and download Quicktime 4.0.
The easy way for you is to just download and use quicktime anyone will tell you this it supports the format you want to use get it here http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
.mov (quicktime) was supported up until version 4. These files only play in the propriety player which does not use standard windows codecs.
There is no windows codec for legal reasons.
There are some free (illegal) players about, but they may not work as well as you would like. It's really not worth the effort.
I am yet to see a standard windows codec for the newer quicktime or Real formats, but I sure as hell would like them.
Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
