Why no html in posts?

I want html enabled for my posts and/or sig so I can do cool stuff like clickable buttons to my homepage and tooltip information for links in the IE status bar, etc. That should be on for all ntfs.org forum members. Bleh.

Er, it's just my site.
It's probably because it has "happy hardcore" in the meta keywords, and filtering systems are pathetic
