SD, RD, DDR?

which one is it? which one is the best?

are there any more out there?

my friend says RD RAM is the best; my bro tells me SD is. My clasmate tells me DDR is the new generation and best RAM.

i need help... pls

i'm new at this so i need some experienced tips.

SDR: The old ways. (well, not that old...)
RD: The fastest yet. Very expensive. Must run in pairs.
DDR: The way to go. Catching up on RD and resonably cheap.
