is there anyway to resize a wallpaper bigger to fit my resolution? without losing quality? i know this sounds a little unrealistic but anything can help. thanks
you cant actually resize any image without losing quality as its a function of pixels, but you can usually resize down and it wont look too pixelated or anything like that, just mess with the resize settings and go from there, or take the part of the image you like and make your own
I don't know of any off the top of my head, I used to know a guy that did allot of image restoration and enhancement for the military/government. It basicaly takes each pixel and breaks it down analizes the colors in that pixel and then duplicaes it, applys a rendering alglorithm^sp, I just remember asking about the program and he said it costs like $20,000.
might try a search for advanced image enhancement/modification enlargement software.
Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
