This is a small combination of two tweaks posted elsewhere...
Create a txt file with the following lines and save it somewhere as for example IP.bat [batch file]:
@echo.
@ipconfig | find "IP Address"
@echo.
@pause
Create a shortcut to that file. Right click on that shortut and bring up the properties. Choose the second tab-page 'Shortcut' and enter the desired shortcut key. Click on OK.
Now you can see your IP by pressing the Ctrl+Alt+your key combination. I chose Ctrl+Alt+I.
