Does anyone know how I can uninstall IE 7 from Vista and then re-install it? I ran into some serious issues with IE 7 and would like to re-install it before I re-install Windows.

IE doesn't work so that I can use the options. IE pop-ups for one second then disappears. Any way to enter it in safe mode?

If its broke, its broke - IE7 is part of vista and due to the different installation methods of vista cannot be re-installed seperately. Its a windows reload for you.

To fix a broken IE like that; you will have to do a reformat. There is no way around that.

try resetting IE. This is done through the Internet Options, Advanced tab, Reset button.
