    svchost.exe
    nvsc32.exe
    AIM+.exe
    taskmgr.exe
    WkCalRem.exe
    devldr32.exe
    StatBar.exe
    winampa.exe
    spoolsv.exe
    explorer.exe
    svchost.exe
    svchost.exe
    IEXPLORE.EXE
    svchost.exe
    svchost.exe
    lsass.exe
    services.exe
    winlogon.exe
    csrss.exe
    smss.exe
    aim.exe

    System Idle Process

Just from viewing the list you posted, I would disable
    >aim.exe & AIM+.exe - AOL Instant Messenger and AIM Plus
    >WkCalRem.exe - a reminder that you probably don't need
    >winampa.exe - WinAmp Agent
    >IEXPLORE.exe - if Internet Explorer is popping up on its own when you startup and you'd rather it not
