My system was running terribly slow, and i noticed in the Task Manager under Processes there were two Explorers listed, Explorer.exe and Explorer.EXE, i noticed the Explorer.exe was taking up 100% CPU and 3MB memory. I have never seen this before, what is it?

yep im agreeing with thse previous folks. Im thinking of that dlder.exe trojan.

This trojan places one of the following files on your machine:

    c:\windows\dlder.exe

    or

    c:\windows\explorer\explorer.exe

dont confuse this with the proper explorer.exe that should be there: c:\windows\explorer.exe
