Totally confused by webhosting

Ok i have registered with registerfly, bought the email hosting the webhosting, but i cannot understand how i can start making a webpage or where i even go to start uploading files.

Do i go to plesk, has anyone any experience with this?

I've never used registerfly, but normally I have to upload stuff via FTP. To start making webpages get a copy of a WYSIWYG editor to learn the basics then get someone to talk you through something like fireworks. That's what I'd do anyway.
