This is strange

Ok heres my problem:

I want to install a theme, and I want it to look like it does in the screen shot. In the screen shot it shows that the start bar is different, and located at the top of the screen. So I installed the DLL patch, and that other program needed, but it still doesn't work..

Does anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you unlock the taskbar (right click taskbar, uncheck lock the taskbar)

Then you can drag the taskbar to the top, side, bottom, whatever.

CLICK AND HOLD the taskbar and drag, release when it is where you want it.

Ohh, that's a toolbar. Like the quicklaunch bar.

Right click taskbar
Toolbars
Check Quick Launch

Now make sure your taskbar is unlocked
Grab the qlaunch bar by one of the two | on either side, then drag it up to the top.
Right click the qlaunch toolbar
Go to view
Check large icons
Lock taskbar again

Yep, I've already have those installed... So your saying that the other little bar that displays the system memory would be windows blind if I'm correct?

no, it's not WindowBlinds, he doesn't do anything with WindowBlinds.

I was using webshots because I wanted something more than a compaq background. I have heard people say that xp is colorgul and right now I am playing with StyleXp I currrently have the Avalon xp theme with Rainlender. I want color something colorful.

It is late and I can not rememberhow to post a screen shot I know it has something to do with a bit map. Like I said I am playing with it so any input would be appreciated

Open paint & save the bmp as a jpg. Smaller than a bmp. Then click post reply when in a thread. On that page you can attach the jpg by navigating to it on your hard drive.
