So I open a ticket with my webhost to ask when my current plan with them expires.

It's been expired for the past 6 months, and now they send me a renewal notice :laugh:

How the hell do they run their company when I have to remind them that I owe them money?

Anyway I'm switching hosts even though I'll still have 6 months left with them.

Just thought I'd share.
