Suggest a good free Defrag program for XP

Oh, O.K. 
One other question. In the Configuation, there is a "Frag Shield" for the "Paging File and MFT Settings". It showed that my Paging File was fine but gave recomendations on the configuration of the Master File Table (MFT). Should I follow the recomendations of enlarging the MFT or keep it at it's default?
