I got them through Newegg, not sure what they do once they get them back for RMAs.
My older drives work fine in my comp for many days. I had them in my PC for over a year. I think it's a bad batch of drives. When Newegg refunds my money I'll go get a Maxtor locally and see if the same thing happens. Maybe my PC doesn't like a drive over 80G?
The PC it was in is the one in my sig... Oh, in case you are wondering, the FSB was not overclocked when I got the second drive because I thought maybe WD drives are real sensitive to PCI clock values. Even so, my FSB was only O/C'd to 138, which equates to a 34.5MHz PCI clock.
