Stupid Pop Up ???

Hi,

Can anyone help with a supid pop up that keeps occuring happens about once a day, just comes up with a grey box saying Messenger Service with a bunch of crap im not interested in, anyone know how to disable this as im sure i never allowed it ;-0

That sounds like your messenger "Today" gay feature......just turn it off in your messenger options. Or better yet uninstall it completley! And don't let the door hit its ass on the way out.

this has got nothing to do with windows messenger

its an exploit from the internal messenger service

to turn it off

start / run / services.msc

scroll down to messenger / right click / properties / disable

if your not on a LAN

scroll down to the bottom & disable workstation

not only will it stop the popups it should increase your boot time as well
