The temporary internet files folder is usually located in C:\Documents and Settings\username\ Local Settings. The folders with the same name in C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Local Settings probably serve another purpose, somekind of template folders perhaps. Better think twice before deleting anything in system32.
Are there files inside this Content.IE5 folder apart from a desktop.ini inside the subfolders, and a desktop.ini and an index.dat of 32KB?
