Those who have HL2, have you noticed that TWO files in the Steamapps folder take up more than 2GB of disk space?

I'm wondering if I should create a separate partition for Steam/HL2 so that I can defrag other partitions more quickly and to defrag the HL2 partition once a while.

    What do you think?

Might as well move Steam itself to another drive :)
(if you do you will have to delete ClientRegistry.blob or it will all go wrong)

    you dig what??

    I don't want to waste a drive on HL2 :p
But if I do put a 2nd HD in, I'd probably create a partition just for the game or for games.
