Second, You need another CPU.. lol
Maybe another Vid card. But I would change my CPU first. Now looking at the kind of CPU you got, I'll guess you have an ancient board. ( New mobo? )
You know what that means, New mobo...New Ram, Depends if your running pc133 Ram, If you are, just keep the sys to a lower cost and get a new CPU. Depends on how much you want to spend and IF you want to spend
after checking all your services crap out, Try a game.
What game you wanna play?
Try loading as little things possible on startup. ex: Kazaa, MSN ( if your not using it while playing) Stupid HP software, CD software, useless Music software..etc..etc..
