When trying to use remote assistance, via windows messenger.
My computer says it is not installed on my computer. The options are clicked in the control panel. I've been through the group policy editor, and everything is left not configured, and it still doesn't work. Also my friend has options like whiteboard and something else, which I don't have. My remote desktop sharing works just fine though. And I can transfer files via Messenger. Any solutions to my problem??
