Registry Rollback?

ok. i got a new mouse today (logitech mx500) and my friend said to get the mouse fix for it since i guess it has problems in cs. i didnt notice anything and he sent me the fix and i installed it. now...its garbage because my mouse is slooooow no matter what sensitivity i have it set to. how can i fix it?

Do a system restore to just before you messed with the registry.
