Check this file out Real GTAIII Mod . This is the first mod I installed (I don't know any other than multiplayer mod), and all new cars and redesigned graphics and detailed textures.
 
oo! nice.

I went to check it out, and it definitely makes GTA3 a lot more fun. I got a Ferrari F50! And a Viper. WHooo!
 
I just reinstalled the game an on the secound level the game kinda got slower in few areas. don't know why
