Is there any way of absolutely cleaning up a pc without formatting in order to re-install an trial application already expired?

The best way is, after an uninstall of the program (through the normal procedure) to remove the leftovers. Sometimes the program doesn't uninstall completely and you have to remove all folders referring to the program in question. Also, do a search for all files with the name of the program in it. Sometimes a program installs the 'expire-files' in a completely different directory than the original install folder. Remove them too. You also may check the registry for any references to the program (using the search option), and again, remove all references.

If the programme is that good that you want to continue using it, BUY IT
Thats the whole idea of the 30 day trial, it lets you try it out to make sure its the programme you really want.
