Uh, sign-ups started April 30. try looking at

just download the korean client and open the clientinfo.txt and look for iro and change the ip to 38.144.194.2 and save thats it

The english language on this friggin' game is GODAWFUL. You'd think they'd get some better translators on the job for a game that has so much potential as this one does.

I hope I don't see any "All your base are belong to us." Ya know?
