Would anyone know how to make a "printer" show for all the users amoungst the entire system? Cause we have to readd printers for every user!

I'm not sure I understand. Just share the printer once and then connect to it on each computer.

Printing

wow, my teacher really made me mad that hour. anyway its just one simple XP machine behind a NT 4.0 server which is hosting the share with a hp jetdirect print server .... i need to know how to make the printer work for each and every user who logs on to the system. cause i can succesfully print (after I have set it up) but with of course "administrator" privaleges... i'm so tired and confused... getting tired helping that school too.....

Your problem is that you are setting it up as a network printer.
Network printers only show up for the user it was created under. In order for it to be setup for all users that log in you need to set it up as a local printer.

Go to printer control panel->add a printer->choose local printer->Create new port->choose Standard TCP/IP port-> give the ip address of the printer-> will then ask you for the printer drivers.
