When i visit certain websites..a windows popup error occurs from time to time indicating:

    A runtime error has occured.
    Do you wish to debug?

    Line 23
    Error:Object expected

    YES NO

Why is it giving me this error and is there a solution to this? Any suggestions?

    Try Here

    To disable Script debugging:

    Load Internet Explorer:

    Tools>Internet Options>Click the Advanced Tab

Apply the tick 'Disable Script Debugging' under Browsing

    My understanding of Script Debugging

When you write own or want to rip other peoples VBScript scripts, JScript scripts, or Java applications, run MDM or use the 'Script debugging' option in Internet Explorer. This will allow you to pickup or correct the errors that the scripts generate.
