PHP poll, without global variables

My knowledge of php is not good enough to do my own php poll script, so i want to use a script that someone else already made,
my problem is that the server i am on has global variables set to 0 , and i cant find a script that is written without global variables.

maybe one of you knows of one?

Can't you change the script? You know what the global variables are, they are the names of the form elements in the "first page". Just replace the $variable by $_POST["variable"] everywhere (or $_GET["variable"] if the script uses get instead of post).

Thanks Zedric , i know i theoretical can do that, the problem is that most scripts are written to function as is, you change on little dot in them and you have to rewrite half of the script, and as i said, my php knowledge isn't good enough to do that.
