Ive heard of the so called "sudden northwood death syndrome" where a northwood can suddenly die if taken beyond 1.7volts. I hope to achieve a stable 3ghz from my 2.4 which i know some people have done. I get to about 2.92 before the system begins to become unstable. However, the temperatures seem to stay below 60 at 100+% load. I was wondering if it is a wise idea to put up the voltage a bit (say from 1.525v atm to about 1.55v) and if this would make any difference.
