pdf converter

    Need to create .pdf files but can't afford the full Adobe packageprice? This is a good alternative. It's not GREAT....but it works andapparently it's free. I personally use open office or adobe, but if Ididn't have those options, I'd be using this. Here's the link

    PDFCreator that you can search for at www.sf.net works for me.

    works like a print driver. file print then select the pdf995 driver and it will ask you where to save it. creates a searchable pdf file.

    sounds like pdf995 works a lot like primo...as a printer driver. One problem that I've noticed with primo is that sometimes when you save the pdf file, it changes the format slightly. An example is a word doc I had, primo sent the bottom line of some pages to the next page. If you go back itno word and reset the format and save it again, it works. This only happens once in a blue moon.
