I have a Pentium 4 1.3ghz processor... I'm looking for a motherboard with a 423 pin socket that uses good old SDRAM.. Any suggestions?

Well yeah, DDR would be nice, but a little out of my price range right now... Also, just a side note, who is the best DSL provider in Southern California?.. any suggestions?

RD RAM is the best... avoid using SD RAM.. its FSB su**s. Alternative to RD is DDR , try getting it with a higher FSB such as 333 MHz( 266 is way too slow for me)
