Office XP SP1 after SP2?

I have successfully installed office xp sp2. I went to office update and said I needed to download sp1. Do I just ignore that and screw office update? Thanks.

Why do you want SP1 after SP2 ??
I don't think that it will work.

generally SP2 should include all the SP1 stuff too.

JJB is right SP2 contains all of the security updates in SP1 plus all the more up to date fixes as well its the same as SP's for the operating systems they are all cumulative so you just need to install the latest version.

Why is SP2 smaller in size if it has SP1 also in it? I don't think it does.

Office XP SP1 (oxpsp1.exe) = 17.4 MB

Office XP SP2 (oxpsp2.exe) = 14.7 MB
