Ntfs To Fat32

Is it possible to convert ntfs back to fat32? If it is can anyone tell me how to do it plz!!

run fdisk and delete partition from drive, then recreate partition and format as fat 32,

why would you want to do this however?

I want to do this because i wanna install win me to my hard drive and put it on my other computer that can't handle xp and cuz im gettin a bigger hard drive too
