NFS Underground2 question

Finished all races in career mode, in my stats it says 68% completed, all parts unlocked, went to a car lot chose a vehicle and went to a body shop, the question is why is it that the wide body kit is still locked and unavailable? am I missing out something? I have only one car with wide body kit and I got it from outrun..
