New icon, what is it

I have just discovered a new icon next to the clock (see attatched). What s it? The only information I can give is it only appears the first time I load up Outlook express after booting up my pc and it will not do anything when I double click or right click it.

Is that your IP address?
Could you post a list of running processes? (Start>Run>cmd. Enter 'tasklist' without the quotes, and copy/paste the output here)

What anti-virus/firewall software you use? Looks like it might be some sort of email filter or something .. small pic so it's hard to make it out.

Tried the tasklist thingy but the computer could not find the program. Found out what it is though. I use avast! virus software and it is the mail sweeper program.
How do I check that the ip address shown is mine?
