Steps ahead of you. I have a cushy beanbag chair and foot stool in front of my 27". This is hooked up to over 1400 Watts of Dolby Digital Surround sound. Also hooked to my computer.

    Biostar M7VIB (VIA KT266)
    AMD AthlonXP 1600 (1.4 GHz)
    512 MB DDR-RAM (Hyundai 4*128MB)
    Inido GeForce 2 Ti 64MB w/TV out
    Lite-on CD-RW 24*10*40 (SMART Burn Technology)
Aopen 32X CDROM (very old hehe)
    2*Alps 3.5" drives
    Maxtor 40GB 5400RPM 9.5ms seek time ATA100
    Maxtor 6.4GB 5400RPM ATA33
Rounded sheided ATA 100 IDE cables
    Thermaltake Dragon Orb 3 7000RPM
Dell USB Black keyboard with 2 port USB hub on board
    MS Opical Mouse Explorer (USB)
    :( Still using onboard sound:(

I think I got everything. I've got everything hooked to monitor and/or TV via the TV out. Also have the sound patched through the stereo system. Never have I seen Black and White look so good!

From the reviews that I have seen that new Nvidea video card is only a marginal improvement at a significantly greater price so I dont know if you really want to brag about ordering one :D

    oh gawd
not ANOTHER post on who has the best hardware

to tell you the truth, its all good having good hardware but whats the point if you cant make use of it properly... and most importantly cant configure and stablise the machine?

I have a 450 next to me runs so damn smooth it puts some P4s and AMD ghz+ machines to shame

About the same as my old 7500, but god how I would drool over it's graphics when it was paired with a AMD-550. LMAO
