So it's been many years since I have bought a new system, and many years where I have posted topics asking for suggestions that I end up not doing. Haswell just came out and I finally have money, so it was great timing.

I am finally actually buying a new system and felt like I should post here for you guys to see this massive upgrade.

First, this is my current system.

    24" HP Monitor
    ATI 5850 1GB
    1TB 7200RPM Drive
    Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4Ghz
    EVGA 780i SLI mobo
    8GB DDR2 RAM (1200 i think)
    HAF922 Case
    500W PSU Fatality

    It's quite old.

This is my new system (in the mail)

27" 2560x1440 LED Monitor (one of those korea ones)
Gigabyte GTX 770 2GB Overclock Edition
    500GB Samsung 840 Series SSD
    Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz LGA 1150
ASRock Z87E-ITX LGA 1150 Mini ITX Motherboard
    G-SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB DDR3 1866 RAM
BitFenix Prodigy Red Mini ITX Case
    550W SeaSonic G Series PSU

It's quite the upgrade. I am so excited!

    Yea just got it built.

Got into windows, did some updates and had to reboot. I was like oh crap, I hate doing that. Then 2 seconds later I was back. So amazing lol
