to convert an MPEG to a VCD or an SVCD you'll need
a tool called Tmpeg, you can find this on

Hello, to use Nero for converting mpeg to VCD or SVCD, you will need to apply its Nero MPEG-2/SVCD encoder. It is available for purchase from http://www.nero.com/en/index.html#c1021632399439, or just let me know and i will send it to you.... :)
