You all may know this one already, but here it is just in case. First, put shortcuts to any frequently used folders in your Send To menu (c:\documents & downloads\username\sendto).
And here is the trick: while holding shift, right click a file and select Send To>your folder of choice to move the file there instead of just copying it. Very useful when working on the desktop.
