I understand what you are saying, but you should be reading the question as it is. This isn't a test of knowledge where your understanding of medicine is gauged. I had many tests over the years in school where people (including myself) would over-analyze a question and then get it wrong. The professor would even say "read the question for what it is and don't add your own interpretation." Additionally, there may be times when you can think of an appropriate answer that isn't listed, but if it's not listed then you choose the best answer that is (60 minutes opposed to 63, 60.3, etc).
There shouldn't be the need to qualify a simple question with all sorts of additional information to prevent you from being misled. In this case, you should look at how the question relates contextually and answer accordingly.
