More then 1 DL?

What is the tweak to get more then 1 download in IE? I tried this but it wont work

Then I rebooted

Should allow about 4 at any one time by default. I never hack this, and I am always downloading more than one file at a time...however never set this above 4. You can get some really strange side effects!

Right now it wont allow any more then 2 DL at a time. I used a tweak before and it allowed me to DL as many times as I wanted. I thought it was the same one as the one I just posted.
