Hi guys,
We've got a bunch of OLD OLD OLD spreadsheets at work that use Lotus 1-2-3. We still use these old things every now and then to check manually that our new computer system is working. However, they're so old that the person that set them up left about 10 years ago, and the problem is that many of the cells are "protected" and we can't change them because no-one knows the password.
Now, I understand the very fine line I'm treading here by asking for help, but if anyone has any advice I'd greatly appreciate it. The files are all ours, and created here and the passwords were added here, so technically there is nothing illegal going on (I think!).
Reps for anyone that can help. Cheer.
EDIT: We're ok! I downloaded a trial version of Lotus 1-2-3 Password and it gave me enough letters to work out the passwords! Wohoo!
