I was just wondering if anyone else has had a loose keypad on the V3c? I just got mine today and noticed the top right doesn't seem to be held down too well. If I gently push on it, but not hard enough to push the button, I can see the metal part go down. It makes a clicking noise as well. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hmm, take it back. They should replace it free.

The Verizon store I went to wont. They said since they got a whole box like that its Motorola's responsibility and they won't replace it despite the fact that at least 2 of the other 3 my family got don't have this problem. They even said someone else had come in earlier complaining about the same thing. I may try another Verizon store

If you're paying insurance, they better give in and replace it. It came to you defective, why should you deal with that? Either call Motorola about it, or go to another Verizon store. I wouldn't deal with their bullcrap. But hey man, that's my 2 cents.

I think I am going to try another store, then I'll call Motorola if they don't give me a new one. I've been getting fed up with Verizon lately. They don't seem to care much :-\

Ya, I've heard. However, my local store is awesome. They're great to deal with. Last time I complained about my old phone (some audiovox junk) I told them I lost the charger too and they gave me a free charger and replaced the phone. Then again... I paid $30 (probably $99 retail) for that phone. It may be different for a $400 phone.

Either way I know my store here isn't hard to deal with. The key is to complain enough, you'll usually get your way. Haha. :)

Yeah, Verizon definitely responds to complaints.. I walked in the river with my v710 in my pocket.. I told them to put insurance on my phone right after I bought the thing, but after I called customer service I was informed I didn't have coverage. after about a half hour of griping I was issued an e815 (since they d/c'ed the v710 right after I bought it) for no charge :)
