I have never seen so many quicklaunch icons in my entire life I've found quicklaunch to be a very useful feature though. I have eight items on mine.

the shortcut icons on the left on the desktop i made invisible you only see the name of the shortcuts i dont use a theme i just made it how i like it myself, the visul style i use is called bOsumi, as you see i dont like icons on my desktop so i only have a few i always use alot and like them there.

i have much more programs but they didnt fit on the quicklaunchbar so i have them somewhere else in a handy place, the quicklaunch bar i have configured it dissapears when i not use it, i only show it now so you can see the bOsumi visual style.
