I don't know if this is a well known fact... I figured I'd post it just in case.

j79, I was just having fun with you, I would never allow another person to run msvm

however I have a sand box and I do not believe there is anything that can run on my box without me allowing to do do so, so I will go and give these sites a go

Always wanting to see if someone is just blowing smoke out their butt or has a valid point I installed MSVM on Vista then upgraded it to the 5.00.3810 version. It runs just fine so I then tried every link that j79zlr posted and nothing happened at any of them. Maybe that is because IE on Vista runs in protected mode but I am not sure.

    Was something suppose to happen?

I did find out one thing and that is IE7 with the MSVM runs faster and with less lag than Sun's version.

Now I will uninstall MSVM as my testing is over.

Been happily running this for a few months now, no issues with Vista at all.
Or none that I think I can blame on Java!
