as some might've seen (green room section), i built an arcade cabinet.
its running a celly 2.8 ghz with 256 ram and a geforce 4 mx 420 vid card with svideo. im using the svideo to see the image on my tv. heres the kicker tho...

windows will not complete booting (and therefore, wont display an image) if there isnt a computer monitor plugged into the card. i verified this, and when the monitor and tv are hooked up, windows boots and the image is shown on the tv but not the pc monitor (since i configured it to be the primary single display). when the pc monitor isnt plugged in, and only the tv is, windows will not boot (no image is displayed at all on the tv screen), and it stays blank...

i really dont know what to do using the latest nvidia drivers, so im guessing its really a configuration issue, or maybe registry or sommat....

Change your primary display to be the TV instead of monitor?
Windows won't complete boot-process if it can't find the device you've set to
be the primary display (ie monitor, which you unplugged!)
