Ok, I installed that damn yahoo messenger and missd the part about the browser add-in feature. So I uninstalled all of yahoo but IE6 is still using yahoo as it's search engine. (example: I type cars in the address box to start a search using msn search engine, but it redirects to yahoo search engine and pulls up yahoo's results) Any idea how to fix this? I have uninstalled everything yahoo, purged all cookies, temp files, and have rebooted. Still can't get rid of the yahoo search engine taking over.

Got it fixed, went through the registry and found that yahoo changes the registry key values for the search engine.
