I need IE 6 and sp1 on a cd

Where can I download the entire IE6 with sp1 so I can put it on a disk? It is for a win 98 se machine. My friend is on dial up and his connection speed is terrible.

I tried everywhere i cna think of at MS site and they only have the small setup file for download or you can order the update on cd from them.

Windows 98 = 19.3 MB btw
