i need a script that can write the current ip of computer to a logfile on a local dr

ok here is what i need and im sure there is away to do it. i need a script that can write the current ip of computer to a logfile on a local drive and also email it to me on a change. it needs to be set up to either do the log write every ip change/reboot this would be best but if it cant can be scheduled to do it every 30 mins or so.

Any ideas?
