in XP pro, how do I check which codecs I have installed... I know I can check them with a program like VirtualDub, but what if I want to remove some?? thx...

*Control Panel*... *Sounds and Audio Devices*... click the *Hardware* tab... Scroll down to *Audio Codecs*... Single click to highlight, then click the *Properties* button at bottom of the window.

A new window will open up, then click the *Properties* tab at the top of the new window and a list of all codecs will be shown.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
