how can I change Startup/Startdown logo?

Any program can help me to change the startup/shutdown logo in Windows XP?

BootXP is probably the one and only program that actually let you swap boot screens. Info on download location you can get at themexp.org

It can be done with reshacker, if you can figure out all the correct pallett settings and stuff, I believe. Hardly the easiest way to do it though.
