open IE and type

ftp://homepages.manx.net/

then enter your login info

now you can upload

once that is done

surf to

http://homepages.manx.net/bman/

replace 'bman' with your username

Most ISPs allow more then one email address. Like my AT&T cable allows like 7 seperate emails, each with 10MB of their own. See if its possible to make a 2nd Rogers account for you
