Help with Condemend Criminal Orgins

I am having graphics problems with this game. I have a athlon 64 with 512 of ram and a Radeon 9200\9250 video card. I know I need more ram and a better v card, but I should still be able to play the game right? I played and beat F.E.A.R and I am playing Hitman Blood money right now, So why cant I see walls and faces in the game, or my flashlight. I turned down all of the game configs to min, Can somebody tell me If it's my pc or something I'm not doing right. Thanks
